When you deal with content, you run across conflicting information all the time.
I can't tell if you're serious or you are talking about different information. Are you saying that information from that quote is conflicting?

"Everyone should do "The Crate (evil)" quest to gain faction with Dagarok before getting kos. I did the quest to gain Bloodsaber faction, and I discovered that Corrupt Qeynos Guards went up very quickly. I started out dubiously and in just 11 quests, he was indiffrently. After 55 times (Bloodsaber goes up VERY slowly Dagarok was ally to me"

He is saying "I discovered that Corrupt Qeynos Guards went up very quickly. I started out dubiously with the Corrupt Qeynos Guards and in just 11 quests, Lt. Dagarok, of the CQG, was indifferently towards me."

He apparently also needed faction with Bloodsabers and the faction with them raise much slower in compariosn to CQG. So "After 55 times (Bloodsaber goes up VERY slowly) Dagarok was ally to me" in order to raise his Bloodsaber to what he deemed acceptable, he was considered ally to Lt. Dagarok at that time which makes sense since CQG increased at a much faster rate.

Either way, he still saying that Dagarok is of CQG.

If you take what the OP wrote out of context and completely ignore the rest what was said..then yes it may seem conflicting. (AKA "After 55 times (Bloodsaber goes up VERY slowly) Dagarok was ally to me ")

The tricky part is differentiating which is the most accurate. The average player who comes across someone who looks like a guard and attacks, is going to assume that they are a Corrupt Guard. Especially given that the two factions don't have a whole lot delineating them, and the majority of things that will give faction hits for one, will give faction hits for both.
It doesn't matter what they assume, only what they know. From the cries of the playerbase, we know that players had primarily worked toward increasing their faction with CQG in order to offset Lt. Dagarok's rampage, not Bloodsaber. We can deduce that had it not worked the players would have been frustrated and asked what faction he really was in order to stop dying but this is not the case. Thus they had, to some degree, results (and in some cases considerable results like the case above). I am aware that some of the faction hits that adjust QGS also change Bloodsaber.

Players will make mistakes - that is true, everyone is human. If only a small number (one or two) had suggested it and some are disagreeing then it is likely possible someone had made a miscalculation. However when a larger number (a group) of individuals are agreeing and none disagreeing - it is more likely then not going to be true.

Finally, if you don't or do want to change it is fine with me. My only intent was to help.
