IMHO (and only my humble opinion)
Divinity should get a shot. Honestly right now the way the rules stand, there is no provision for it, and the rotation post needs to be overhauled or scrapped. How a new guild enters the system needs to be covered. A lot of random people speculating isn't accomplishing anything, let alone something constructive.
In the real world:
The GM's haven't said anything on this matter yet, and we need to assume that they won't, since they have stated numerous times that they do not want to get involved.
Sounds like Divinity needs to be in place, ready to raid, when they feel that they are ready to kiwl da wabbit; this can be communicated beforehand to the relevant guild leaders - which would be nice, but hardly needs to be debated here. Whoever's turn it is on rotation
at that time needs to make a decision about whether or not their raid looks viable, and then make a judgement call based on their ethics. Instead of prematurely slinging mud at future events, like know-it-all savants, let's just chill and let it go down. I for one would love to see Divinity lay the smack-down; anyone selling popcorn?
If they wipe, move on, try again later. If they succeed, gratz, and they fall naturally into the rotation (for that mob, rinse/repeat). If the guild who's turn it was balks at their raid, they had better state a good case here in the aftermath. None of us know what will happen, but unless the guildleaders talk openly, or the GM's actually say something about it, talk is seriously cheap here, and I've just spent everyone elses change, so fucking /thread.

And dude we all know you strove to be in IB but were turned down. 180ing and being all "IB IS FOR JERKS" is just embarrassing for you.
