Players are dealt with in civil diplomacy, there is always a resolution that can be reached between the player and the administrator.
I'm dealt with like the Mujahideen, to be dealt with swiftly, with no outlet of resolution I'm not allowed an appeals process and the staff favored approach to dealing with my antics is discreet containment and isolation.
Rogean's view on the matter is that if he doesn't respond to my petitions, IM's, or gives any credence to my posts is that eventually it lessens my drive and impact. For the last 2+ years the GM's have waged an isolation campaign that involves not restoring my high level accounts forcing me to roll again, which limits the amount of damage I can do (can't go to raids and wreck havoc)
Rogean and the staff would rather rez up 14 odd lowbie bodies and clear the petition que every month, than appease me by giving me the artillery and means to cause a massive CSR headache by rezzing 110+ bodies every time a raid mob spawned.
I'm permabanned and remained permabanned because they don't want to deal with the shit storm that would ensue in VP/Hate/Fear, and actively seek to ban my new toons before I hit that crucial level 46 mark; to save face, resources, and time.
