Lt. Dagarok (Faction)
He isn't of the Corrupt Qeynos Guards faction and this has caused me some distraught when doing a quest. Particularly when he hit me in the face for double 150's. My quest difficulty sky-rocketed from level 1 to about level 50 just like that.
