First Avenue is the best bar in the world and possibly the finest creation of man. I lived downtown Minneapolis and staggered home half out of my mind from there on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, sometimes Wednesdays and Sundays.
This was also the best thing about the nineties. I'll post a picture of my second favorite thing from the eighties later when I find a photo of her and scan it. |
Saw Conor Oberst at First Avenue this past week. I live 2 miles away from First Avenue.
Although, hate to say it, but my favorite venue in Minneapolis is The Triple Rock.
