No way, drink bicardi or a strong proof vodka, shouldn't drop ur bloodsugar too bad, and can always mix those with diet sodas. Use to do it on atkins without loosing keytones.

I'm not worried about bloodsugar issues. I used to drink pretty hard, but I got tired of always getting sick the next day. I'm now at a point where if I throw up, I'm stuck in the hospital for like 5 days. So now I just avoid things that make me sick, like alcohol.
