I'm pretty sure that Dr. either didn't actually tell you that and you misunderstood, or he was just telling you what you wanted to hear. Either way, that would be classified as an autoimmune disease if I'm not totally mistaken.

It's lupus. Or maybe autoimmune makes absolutely no sense. The words chromosome disorder together with gynecomastia,
make me think Klinefelter syndrome (XXY) though.
