i think it would be cool if there was some legendary items given as rewards for events. perhaps a sword that is crazy OP and super shiny, or some other useful item that is more than just a gimmick. nothing that would really imbalance the game, but something worth-while to win an event for. for instance, if it were a sword, then it would be replaced in mid-late game velious easily. (im not familiar with all the items in velious or i would give examples, but maybe use the template from defiant gear)
enabling someone to run around with a sparkly sword or helmet/armor would be epic. probably not feasable, definately not classic, but would be cool imo. also i am thinking said item should be tradeable, so it doesnt just rot in someones bank over time.
