i am sure there are more than 5 people capable of leading a guild here, its just convincing other players to join them and struggle vs join someone already winning and have it easy.
as far as the low pop thing. yes pop is low but 250 is pretty damn good. we are 1/3 to a 1/4 of the blue server at times but we have far less guilds. there is no casual option with leadership and even if there was, i am pretty sure the other 2 guilds would pick them clean or destroy them (see red dawn and all its previous forms.) non-neckbeard guilds do not last on here for whatever reason. maybe red99 is simply not meant for casuals.
