Duo Emperor Chottal
Posting this mostly b/c I doubt many Rogue/Sham duos in this thread lol. 60 sham 60 rogue, Supaskillz and Myer on the kill. Didn't take any screen shots or have any proof other than a sweet Nathsar great sword and Spell: Entrapping roots because wasn't thinking about this thread when we did it but posting anyway for fun.
Someone was camping crypt when we zoned in but said they were not doing blood/emp so we decided to give it a shot b/c duoing emp seemed fun. We got down and broke camp with just the two of us and camped it for several hours.
(Aside: In fact while we were there the crypt group mostly left and a shaman just stayed camping the hiero only so while waiting for emp to spawn we also got an Arch Duke Latol kill and bunch of the garbage named phs, but just a yak club to show for it. )
The emp spawed while we were killing some of the trash so he was able to pet and buff before we could engage. Strat was basically simultaneous pull with rogue dispelling Emp and shaman rooting pet. Rogue tanked entire fight shaman quickly dispelled again then malo and slow and proceed to heal rogue and canni/torpor self as well while rogue, pet and shaman epic take it down. Since chottal spends alot of time casting its easy for rogue to backstab while tanking.
Unfortunately I was unable to resist any of Chottals spells other than an annul magic with around 140 mr and around 100 pr/dr (totally forgot to use potions to up this a little higher ... and they were even in my bags... and next time I will wear more resist gear than I did) and was forced to burn 9 stinging wort charges and a couple of frantic sup heals thrown on top of torpor to survive until the poison dot wore off, but once we made it through that one then shaman could keep up with torpor. Once emp ran out of mana he obviously was super easy.
Pretty limited playtime, but hoping to do some more fun duos and next time hopefully I will remember this thread and take some screen shots and stuff.
Rogue pullertanks ftw... also you know 60 shaman
