You'd be surprised at how far a simple "thanks for what you do here" goes with a P99 CSR. It means a lot when we hear that we're doing a good job. So let's remember to thank our whole CSR staff - our Senior Server Guide Eunomia, our two Guides, Gryk and Aussie, and last but now least, our Lead CSR - GM Sirken.
