Incrementing number is just how many times it's polled the log file, and the other number next to it is a bitwise representing all the known events it found on the current poll, (e.g., a /loc, a zoning event, whatever). Have you tried this with really huge log files? I'm thinking of doing a logrotate on mine weekly or so (since I run on OSX and this is easy), but I know a lot of people have massively humongous files from the time they created a char.
