Just had this happen in Sky as well.
Took an xp death... rezzed... looted one bag with sky keys... put soul bound keys in bag (all still there) and sky keys in inv slots... took a duel death... rezzed... when I looted corpse I notice HS key was gone.
Tried to relog but didn't fix it.
