I heard that Tolapumj charms also, so I did a little research and I can't find anything stating that Tolapumj can charm (just that he has chanter spells and gates). The only thing I can remember charming back in the day was a few mobs in Mistmoore. Here is a link to old Ilia's for Tolapumj; I would have thought someone would mention the charming of your MT being a PITA.
