Resist gear aside, you can go to 50+ on a necro almost naked.
If you need any starter jewelry made I'm happy to do it at cost (silver/gold bars etc + gem... bring em to me or give me the plat to go get them and I'll hit combine), that's if you can make it to the Freeport bank. You can bank from around the wall as long as you can invis there, and invis back out.... no roaming guards etc
