If you Hail the Velious Banker when you copy over, you can upgrade characters to a lvl 60 Template as stated in the Beta BUff Announcement. All items on the character will be overwritten to the template. Anything you want to keep PLACE IT IN THE BANK as those items will not be overwritten.
