This stuff is expensive. To the best of my knowledge, the only person on the server who makes them after they added the Jacinth component is Lewellinn, in the Material Consortium guild. He can sometimes be found on alts of similar names.
Price is expensive, helm alone is 6.25k, I think BP+Legs are around 20k. You're highly unlike to find a full set on here - I know because I looked for several months. At best you can find a few pieces people are selling.
