I never said you know nothing is Blue99, I said you probably dont know when in the 99-02 timeline when Item Recharging was nerfed via Veriant Patchnotes from 14 or so years ago.
And spellducking I been winging it, you mean ducking cancels spells casting, correct? Can you give me an example where this would make or break a PvE fight?
