Also, wtf does "fairly priced" mean? Either something is priced such that you'd buy it or it's not. Tesla cars are currently in the latter category for me. Does that mean they're not fairly priced?

To me it comes down to this. If its something that is a necessity, yet is priced at such a rate that you need to take out a line of credit to purchase it, then it could hardly be said to be fairly priced.
When it comes down to having to chose between food or gas, it can hardly be said to be fairly priced.
