Not sure what so odd about this. I don't buff, rez, heal, or port TMO, IB, or Taken. Why would I ever help people who are around to work against me?
At some point I should post some of the screenshots of the exasperated replies from the unbuffed TMOites. Y'all need to learn what competition means and to not be so salty about being denied.

This is good standard policy, seeing as it's a strategy TMO employs (asking competing guild's casters for buffs that is) to slow down other guilds in a race. May as well be in the habit of ignoring their requests for anything.
I'd recommend too, that in a racing situation that you ask TMO's clerics and shamans for all your buffs.
