Dunno prices on blue but there is a lot of 1hs ranger weapons out there. Silken Whip of Ensnaring, Lammy, The sword you have, there is 2 weapons from FM [Windetched staff, and I believe dagger] that both proc Careless Lightning at level 20 [90DD druid nuke].
Sit in EC for awhile and check it out.
