Sylexis, I was
very excited when I saw these two items because of the implications of their appearance on this list. (It implied that the dairy spoon and filleting knife would be available in Velious)
However, after hours of research and testing, it pains me to say [Fish in Cream Sauce] should
not be in Velious, because in order to produce [Cream] (a downstream component of [Fish in Cream Sauce]), you need a [Dairy Spoon], which did not exist until the May 2002 patch (Luclin).
In addition, [Prepared Fish] should not be in Velious because it requires the [Filleting Knife], which also seems to have appeared alongside the [Dairy Spoon] in the May 2002 patch.
