I'm still looking into it.
Unfortunately, it's not as simple as the invis npc removal. That one was the derelict Nagafen leashing utility, and was no longer tied to anything.
On my development server, killed Nagafen. Went back the soldungb the next day, and Ragefire was spawned. So, I'm trying to get with the source folks and determine what may be different.
