Are the resist changes that noticeable? What kind of difference has it made?

Druids were casting nukes like lures on 190 fr. Now they do half damage at those resists. My necro died in 3 casts, couldn't compete since taps never healed full amount in pvp.
Now they actually need to debuff, which they generally don't mem.
