Besides the fact that promise has been broken in other ways, unless the company is only like 3 people, you're going to be pulling in way more than that, so it was kind of a moot selling point

Not even remotely true dude. Unless the person running your business is an idiot and paying themselves 250k a year and then paying you out of his pocket. Wages are an expense and are not included in taxes on profits.
Payroll taxes also weren't increased, the temporary tax break on them expired. Saying Obama increased payroll taxes is like saying Walmart increased the price of Monster because it's not longer on sale.
I also fail to see how small businesses are hurt by the ACA when the only requirement most of them had to fulfill was simply TELLING their employees that the health exchanges exist.
