alot of the spell decriptions i have read are not written correctly though but usually it will read like.
does 1dmg at lvl 1 -45 dmg at lvl 45 or something similar. which would give a 1 dmg increment per lvl. but alot of the spells on the wiki don't read like they should. in this case a charm or stun that doesn't have the correct lvl on it needs to be updated.
