I'm trying to find goups. Now I will have to reference these two maps whenever attempting to use OOC...
I can tell a lot of thought was put into these changes but please consider the community feedback. The server is still sub 200 so making changes like this which cuts off communication lines will ultimately make it difficult for groups to find each other.

Well you could just do a /who all (class). Seems to work pretty well on blue where there is no global ooc of any kind.
