Is it wrong to be irrationally jealous of all the twinks I see running around? With the economy as borked as it appears to be, I can't imagine ever being able to do this... And how are they giving themselves these items anyway? I'd have some serious reservations about dropping these things on the ground and logging out..
On a more serious note, is it possible to get through Highpass as a low level? Just to get from one side of the zone to the other? I was running from Qeynos to Freeport as my bard, but got held up there. There never really seem to be any people clearing stuff out around the zone lines, so as far as I can tell, I would either have to get an invis or a port..
