I have 5x tink bags, 2x dragon bags on my cleric and i'm at something like 70 stones.
HFL CLR base STR is 75. It is so easy to go over your weight limit if you do not have the funds for tink bags.

That said, either arms works. But you can get the hollowed bone bracers easy in Najena while you need to get the planar arms to drop in hate.
