Essentially their guild (and a few others at the time) was using an exploit known as pillar tanking or z axis tanking, where effectively they could have a tank stand behind a pillar and due to geometry / z axis issues the mob couldn't hit them or summon them. Trivializing the event. Also through the use of clever Expedition dropping mechanics they were able to farm a raid that normally had a 4.5 day lockout, by removing everyone but a few junk Alts before the Killshot was delivered so that the lockout was only eaten by some boxed Alts. The later, I'd guess, is part of the reason their guild was singled out though when as they point out several of the other guilds were guilty of the same pillar tanking shit.
At the bottom they mention Rogean's IRC. I *think* after this he quit PC.
