Jewelry with stats requires the metals to be enchanted by an enchanter first. The Wiki isn't very clear on that, they kind of assume people know.

I just started playing again about 2 weeks ago. I stopped playing after Omens of War. Im a bit lost and I have to admit I never did jewelcrafting on my main back then.
