Basically, in-game stuff is for the most part handled in-game. If you petition on the forum for an in-game thing, we'll probably just ask you to petition in-game!
Petition forum is
mostly for account recoveries, ban appeals, RMT information, third party program information, accusations of korruption or favortism, reimbursements, raid disputes, accusations of training/ks'ing with accompanying fraps/screenshots/logs, and miscellaneous out of game petitions.
