We use the petition forum mainly for account recoveries, ban/suspension appeals, reimbursements, and anything else that can't be handled in-game.
Also interrogation and torture.

Isn't that what I said? Like if someone's training you, something is happening at this very moment that needs to be addressed, you /petition, but if you want to get an item back you use the forum?
You've got me paranoid now Deru, I thought I'd gotten the system down but now any time I'm petitioning anything I'm going to be like "am I doing this right, or do I only THINK I'm doing this right"
