Boil Blood has a -100 resist check vs fire. How high is your fire resist? Makes sense your magic resist isn't helping against that.
Cancel Magic doesn't have a resist check at all.
Mistmoore also doesn't have level 10 mobs. Those 100 damage hits are probably backstabs?
