FWIW, rather than doing character copies you could just add a merchant with free items:
- All class epics
- All Kunark class BP/Greaves
- The big VP items: PD Crown/Cape/Earring/Robe/Shield, Hoshkar boots, Sword of the Shissar, Necro/Shaman/Wizard staffs, Wizard/Necro robes
- The big sky items: Monk fists, shaman ring
- The other normal big ticket items: Hiero, BCG, AoN, Bladestopper, Puppet Strings
- Working Blue Diamond jewelery (bracer, ears, hat)
That's less than 50 items and would allow people to get 95% of BiS without too much work.
