40k is severely underpriced for such an item. can easily come up with 40k. a rom? not so much.

There are no proc mobs on this server after last patch so even if there was a proc mod this weapon does not have any. Never has this item sold for 110-140k its lucky to get 35k. Good luck though you make people laugh in EC with your auction
