Yep, already covered and enforced under PnP anyway. And flagging people doesn't stop them from trying it anyway.
Would still be easy for a guild to all have 1 level 10 cleric alt camped at solb zl and just spam DA and run in to wipe. Any guild could do it with 30 plus clr's and level range/FFA, whatever would not matter.
