never experienced this with a single target nuke or a pbae only the targeted ae's like column of lightning.
Something is definitely screwy with these types of spells, not only will they not go off they are also hitting more targets than they are supposed to, see

I've given all the information I can on these subject, screenshots etc etc. If the devs need any data or testing done im definitely willing im just not sure what more I can do at this point.
Just waitin to see if its something that can be fixed, this isn't a major issue just a minor annoyance but would be nice to see it fixed.
