I'm logged into PoHate B on live right now, and using the in game zone connection tool, it looks like there are no zone out points in PoHate B. If there ever was one, it was not included in the revamp.
For some reason, I have 7 gnoll fangs in my inventory, so while I'm on here I am going to go and see how much exp they give at level 80.
Edit: 7 gnoll fangs gave 0% exp at level 80
