I did the quest at 20 on my wizard. Try and find someone who can ivu you on top of regular invis, and then fall through one of the traps that drops you into cell area(look at map on eqatlas if you don't know the zone). Give the key and then gate.. At least that's what I did, I was lucky enough to get a IVU from a shadowknight in the zone.
