Not only has nobody ever witnesses a finch becoming something that can no longer be called a finch but literally nobody has ever seen this occur with any living thing on the entire planet Earth. Now let this sink in for you a bit. There are countless millions of different types of organisms and yet not a single one of them has demonstrated the ability to change so much to the point where it can no longer be classified as that type of organism any longer.

Sorry but every single time two dogs mate they produce puppies which become more dogs. Every time two cats mate they produce kittens which become more cats which produce more kittens which become more cats, etc for infinite. You can repeat this concept for literally any living thing you can think of. Bee's? They produce more bee's and bee's can only ever come from other bee's. Even more specifically, bumble bee's only come from bumble bee's. There is no other type of bee that can produce a bumble bee. Just like a bumble bee can't produce a honey bee etc.

Just like the experiment with E. Coli. Even after 59,000 generations, still E. Coli. Guess what? It is ALWAYS going to be E. Coli. If what you say is true then eventually E. Coli will change so drastically that it can no longer be classified as E. Coli. How many generations do you expect this will take since apparently 59,000 wasn't enough.

This is why living things go extinct. Take a dodo bird for instance. Why did they go extinct? Well every dodo bird died and guess what, the only thing that can produce a dodo bird is another male and female dodo bird. There is nothing that's in the process of evolving into a dodo bird. They have all died and there will never be another dodo bird alive again because the only thing that can make one, is one.
