Radditsu, the article in your link demonstrates an important idea we began to notice a few decades ago.

Marked changes within a population can occur in just a few generations.

The rate at which evolution can occur is tied directly to the length of the organisms reproductive cycle.

This means microevolution is absolutely something an individual can observe within his or her lifetime, especially within bacteria.

Evolution still does not occur at the snap of a finger.

Evolution does occur much faster than classical biologists assumed.

They just thought you couldn't see the steps.
Yea, but is that evolution that occurs in modern times, being assisted by the hand of man? The Lizards which supposedly evolved on this very planet, say that Evolution actually happens over a much longer time than we think. Apparently they evolved from a species of a bipedal dinosaur, combined with the radiation from an ET war that took place above our skies, and that it wasn't any meteor. They also say it took millions of years for them to evolve to their current state.

If you want to explore this matter further, look up the "Lacerta Interview."
