I'm personally not a fan of stupid phrase names for myself, but I don't give too much of a crap what other people do with their character's names. I took my name creation seriously back in 2000. My main on live was a druid named Zhalara and I found that name (and my necro, Demira) in this book:

Lots of cool names in there. First names, surnames, guild names, whatever... you can find pretty much anything in there.
