Started up on the server a couple weeks ago. Up to level 13 on a bard. People have been nice enough to set me up with some decent banded/bronze gear. I played late kunark through pop, so when I made a wood elf bard I went all sta and cha for stats. I'm already planning to ditch the few pieces of bronze I'm wearing for some banded soon, but does anyone have any ideas for cheap +str gear? Hero bracers seem to run 350 and jewelry is expensive too. 10-15 str would get me in a good place.

Hero Bracer and Jewelry is your best bet.
Go here and click each slot, it will let you sort by stats. Sort by strength and then see what you can afford using the wiki price. Wiki price may not be listed for all items.
