Meh, not necessarily, just the bad ones.

You basically have two categories of conspiracy theories:

Type A "conspiracy theories" contain lots of evidence. They're difficult if not impossible to prove or disprove. You could consider stuff like believing the Earth revolves around the sun as a ye olde example of this, I guess.

Type B conspiracy theories are like this one. They have shady evidence and contradictory information. They're generally the ones purported by the kind of people who think black helicopters are following them around everywhere (like the one video Scrooge posted).

Unfortunately these are often lumped together.

I enjoy learning about the Type A theories. I'm a big fan of stuff like Art Bell.
