Yeah IDK Man, I play on a 24 Inch widescreen....so havent had any issues haha.
I don't really have any characters in your range, most of my alts are mid 20s right now.
And as far as finding friends/group there are tons of new people coming on, post in Starting area for a static group, I've seen a few people doing that.
