There will never be a sharp resolution shapeshift when it comes to actual shapeshifters being caught on camera, whether you use a 1080p camera or not, because the shifting happens too fast. It's also why you'll most likely never see it with your own eyes, human eyes can't decode the rapid changes these reptoids go through, and will always be a blur at best.
Anyway, I only post images here in the first place, to show a glimpse into what the video involves, it's not meant to be used as primary evidence. If you can't handle the images being blurred, then watch the freakin video, and your problems are solved.

I'm pretty sure I have understood this for many years. This is why the "shape shifting" effect is there at all. I think that is what you aren't understanding. It isn't a human shifting into a different creature, it an aberration in the recording. Plain and simple.
