As a <Dial A Port> druid myself, I can say it depends where you're picking up from.
EJ evacs/ports from KC pay well.
OT pays reasonably well.
Ports from BB rings do not generally pay well (more lowbies, corpse runs to WC, they get lost looking for you too)

Lots of people want from ports to EC, I find it annoying to have to run from the WC rings each time but I'll do it occasionally if nobody is asking
