One of my grandparents smoked until their late 90s. Died of old age. Not cigs.
Of course cigs back then probably contained less arsenic in them then today.

My dad smoked cigs since he was 16 and is now dying an agonizing slow death due to a mixture of cancer, decreased lung capacity and mostly in delirium from lack of oxygen to his brain... so your milage may fucking vary.
