After playing every incarnation of EQ and dozens of MMOs trying to recreate the old-school EQ experience, it was awesome to read about p99.

I played at launch with my late best friend for many years, and it feels good to bring back those memories.

You know, back in the day I was nearly KOS with the ex-wife over my EQ time. I have since re-married a card carrying nerd (who has played EQ with me starting on EQOA). She wanted a chance to experience what it was all about, so we tried live EQ. It still holds some nostalgia, but its a totally different animal than EQ circa 2000. So she has agreed to give this a try.

My petition is up for an IP exemption. So hopefully we will BOTH see you in game soon!
